I don't think it matters thatmost people don't care. It is still unfair to ignore the guidelines whilst they still exist ( When I'm surfing b3ta on my xda I'm quite happy about the guidelines ). I'd prefer them to be changed ( not removed completely ) but I don't have the ear of the guys at the top. perhaps if you mentioned it though?
