I expect some outpatients or people just in for a brief appointment do too.As far as I'm concerned, a hospital shouldn't be touching that kind of thing with a bargepole.

hmmmost outpatients want to get out as soon as possible to avoid paying another £50 parking.
it's not ideal, but there are greater evils the NHS could link itself with.
