I can lift both corners of my mouth identically if I do it at the same time. But for instance I can move my top lip up and right and my bottom lip down and left, but I cannot do the movements mirrored.

# I always presumed people's facial muscles worked symmetrically, given that they are symmetrical et al (well within reason)
And whenever I say I can't blink my left eye individually they think I am joking.

Also the muscles around my right eyelid/eye seem to twitch uncontrollably sometimes.
