If they like.They won't be able to get very far without a keycard though. If they complain in an eloquent enough way I may give them a job.
Sorry, I just hear people whining because they have the chance to go on to higher learning and I feel very sad about that as I didn't have the choice, I had to start earning money to help support my family after my father was left unable to work after almost dying several times. So for me it's like a millionaire complaining they have nowhere to store their cash. I would count myself as LUCKY.
