# i won't even let people smoke in my house now
if i can't smoke, nor can they! if i'm getting rid of the fags, i don't want their smoke! plus, it's really tempting.

Montecristo cigars on my desk in front of me. I've not decided to give up smoking yet, but if I do I'll be pissed off if I don't smoke them first.

But i dont mind the smell of smoke.. doesnt bother me.. I dont feel like im missing out on anything.. because i know actualy smoking a cig tastes like shit, and i spent most of my youth forcing my self to smoke in spite of the shite taste.. The smell of smoke to me, smells a bit nostalgic.. but I couldnt smell it while i was smoking, because im a smoke.. to the fact i can actualy smell what smoke really smells like is a victory to me.

I have nightmares that ive given in and smoked.. but its only been a couple of weeks.. I just feel so possitive about the whole thing i dont think im going to give in and smoke..

that tends to be when i weaken. also, if you do give in and have a smoke, it's not the end of the world. it doesn't mean you have to start smoking again, it just means you're human. i quit at the end of january and i've had 2 lapses, both when i was drinking. i'm still not smoking though.
