I can't be your dream and you be mine because that defines some level of connetion and integration between us.Which ultimately means that despite what we see as physical reality, that would be reality as the both of us rooted in a form of dependancy.
Of course there is no way to know that someone else dreams or even thinks in Solipsism, but that's a different point entirely.
