Most of me landed on sand,
there was one bit of rock hence the bruise. I was lucky. Actually, I was unlucky for falling off in the first place. Why do people always say 'That was lucky' after something bad happened that could have been worse? Like if you said 'My whole house burned down but the car was OK in the garage' they'll say 'That was lucky' - how lucky is it to have your whole house burn down? My house DIDN'T burn down, THAT was lucky! sheesh.
