looks like yourfeathering on selection edge for the suspension bits is a bit on the big side, so the overexposed sky is lightening up the clouds around the metalwork. try dropping it down to about a third of what it is for this go and see if it looks any better on the sky.
(also, where's the stuff under the bridge, assuming you're going HDR on this one)
