Agreed =)That said, we've got some greeat stuff from freecycle - my missus asked for a microscope for her teaching class. She got a huge great dental microscope - you know the ones with the 2 eye pieces - probably worth a few grand!
We also used it to clear most the big junk from a house - people always seem to want furniture. Saved us several goes to the tip!
