What I will knock is the Apple store shopping environmentthere I was trying to digest what I was about to spend a vast amount of money on, with some shop worker banging away aimlessly on a piano keyboard on the next computer. I had to tell him to shut up three times so I could think, before learning afterwards from the apparent twelve year old who sold me my deal it is Apple policy to do that
