matlab is a computer program...back in the dim distance past a chap called cleeve moler decided on a method by whichhe could do two of his favourite things. The first was to annoy his colleagues, for they were all cleverer than he. second was to inconveince large numbers of electrons, for it was cleeve's inability to grasp quantum mechanics that lead him to fail his phd where he was studying topiary. the device, nay monster, that he created he named matlab which he named after his Labrador dog and sole sexual partner, matthew. However, so devious and consumed with hatred Moler put a superb effort into making matlab look useful that it has prospered into a multimillion dollar industry, that now torments everyone unfortunate enough to try and use it.
