Yes, I do indeed know nothing.But I need noise within a specific bandwidth, and the only way I know of is to start with the spectrum, cut a chunk out of it, then turn that back into a signal. But to start with I either need a long white noise signal or a spectrum of one. And I don't know how easy/hard it is to make one up.
