# wooo, nice bulkhead!
I just had to sell my Mini as the bulkheads were all rusted and wouldn't pass the NCT (the Irish MOT), I miss my mini! :(

from seeing the motors scattered around my future inlaws gaff, I very much doubt if the NCT is more strict than the MOT

As for road manners I've never driven in the UK but we do manage to kill about 3 time as many people on the roads per head of population as you guys do!
