about your setup, but I think it'll be the latter - the stuff uploaded to your web space isn't in sync with the stuff on your PC. If you remove stuff on your PC or stop pointing at it, it'll still be on the webspace until you clear it out.

edit - Not that I've ever used frontpage or anything...

I saw that poor mini earlier today! :O)

I'd try changing something and then having a look to see if the redundant files had been removed. If they do, then there's clever stuff going on that I can't help with!
