# *jealouses*
I need a new pepper grinder as well, for mine has given up the ghost and getting the pestle and mortar out of the cupboard is proving more dangerous each time.

# I would like to read more of this adventure.
Will lashings of ginger beer and sandwiches be involved?

# you can buy disposeable ones
in the supermarket. The grinder part is plastic but lasts for a few refills. I buy them all the time, saves buggering about with the huge wooden mill I bought when it was briefly popular to get the biggest you can find.

# I like the motorised ones
with my wrists being quite weak.
