just get a certificate from thearmy that mentions the term 'psychotic' a number of times. It worked for me and I'm quite happy. ( and I don't even have a twitch ).

Be careful with the medsor you will have a twitch, most doctors have no concept of how strong they are. I've been avoiding the DLA/certificate thing.
