Actually probably a lot more to that than you realise, I was watching a program about sex-change on TVand they made a big deal about not just changing the genitals and breasts but also feminising or masculinising the facial features, mainly altering the brow and chin, and it worked great, so I thought I'd give it a go with Photoshop sometime.
Apologies to Killerkitti but it just occurred to me to try it out on this pic, I rather like the results though and wanna try it on others now...
