Wiki'd:Steele has no practical method of being removed from play during the course of the game.
Only at the very end of the game is it revealed that it is impossible to kill Steele conventionally,
but if Steele has been placed in a holding cell when the game-ending superweapon is launched,
the player is shown a cutscene in which Steele is killed.
