i am now complaining to MP's MEP's and newspapers about TV licencesAt the next review (2012 ?) a licence will be required for broadband unless the European Parliament rules it unlawfull or forces BBC to be encrypted
Also the TVLA does have powers of statuary entry to commercial premises but not to domestic premises
