I submit to you that you are wrongand windows 7 is fine considering it is actually Vista with all the bugs fixed.
This was the actual version of Vista that was meant to be released before they gave us the one that was not quite finished because the release was slipping.
Windows 7 is going to make a very good OS almost perfect.
