I used to have a stack system byAiwa in the mid 80's. It was still one of the best I have ever used. I currently use Aiwa SX-F5 flat diaphragm speakers for the left/right front/rear on my PC. The sound is superb.

I concur.The only real difference between the Sony kit and Aiwa is minimal styling differences for the 'market demographic'.
I'm curious as to what that might mean in terms of AV kit, but - whatever.
