UKTV is not 'extra BBC channels'.They are half owned by Flextech half by BBC Worldwide, the commercial entity that is not in any way funded by the license fee.

They show BBC content is all I was driving at( not getting into the fact that they are staffed bt ex BBC staff who have been moved over )
