UKTV are just extra BBC channels and by the time anything like the red dwarf episodes arrive there will be little analogue TV left broadcasting.
I don't think it matters what transponder the BBC use for their programs, those that want to watch will find them.

They are half owned by Flextech half by BBC Worldwide, the commercial entity that is not in any way funded by the license fee.

What I was getting at is it's no less a program if it's broadcast on BBC2 or Dave.
