and as mentioned by others,the sex scene is a bit... well, it's as bad as the sex scene in 300. Just frankly a bit artless IMO.
The prison scene in the cafeteria was a highlight for me, and whoever did the casting for Rorscharch and NightOwl absolutely fucking nailed it.
