How do you do these? Are they manipulations of original photos, or are they entirely fictitious?

generated, tinkered with, lit, then rendered.
With some of the other ones, I may use a prebuilt model to save time after having built the environment, but these ^ ones are all from my own fair keyboard.

You can see when I've used a prebuilt, anyway.
