I at first thaught it was all cobra but its 3 different snakes

Very nicely done!

One critique I would give on your stuff is the head always looks too "expanded" - have you tried shrinking down instead of expanding up?

it was me trying to warp brush it into the shape I wanted I should just pick models with small heads

how about clone-tooling the model's head away before starting, then you don't necessarily have to match the same shape/direction?
