I really like cooking rhubarb with nutmeg and raisins, I don't know why.I'm making a crumble at the weekend, Uncle Brian (not mine, my best mate's and even then not a real uncle) has donated much fresh rhubarb from the garden.

i go for the unadulterated rhubarb crumblewith delicious cornish ice cream. i do occasionally add oats to the crumble, but usually i just have a classic crumble.
