I think I have a candidate for idiot of the year 2009. They wanted to confirm a booking and I told them that they needed to give me a booking number to get the number would have actually have been on the confirmation email the booking agency sent them (the one that gave them my email address).
They then emailled me back saying that they got the dates wrong and gave me the correct date.
I then replied informing him the the email he'd used to reply the first time as actually a reply I sent him confirming that very booking the last time he requested it.
