The buses were useless because the bus stops were so far apart and you had to keep going back and fucking forth to the mission briefing, to you buddy, to the mission.Using one of the boats ended up being the quickest method, but it still took ages.
If it was more spaced out but with denser bases and enemies and you could actually clear out enemies it would have been a lot better.
