How much story did Donkey Kong have? Or Super Mario Brothers? Mario should be kept as light on story as possible.
Zelda however.... Make that as narrative-heavy as possible.

I agree on both counts,
I hope the next Zelda is better than Twilight Princess, too many fetch quests in that game.
