Where I live they have an honesty box instead of turnstyles.Not paying is how I get a rebate on my council tax, seeing as how I pay over £100 a month and the only service my local authority seem to offer is rubbish collection or holidays to Kenya for drug addicts; and only one of those services is of any use to me.
