As far as I know it was an Easter Egg on one of the later reissued DVDsIts fucking genius though :) One of my favourite bits ever.

There are very good extra bits on the dvds. Reasonably priced these days also.I have the Alan Partridge Radio Series uploaded on a server if you want it. Put it up recently for some mates.
