I badly sprained some ligaments (the crossed ones behind the knee) two months ago and it's now at the stage where I can walk on it but it's hurty. How did you do your hurty? :(

it's hereditary, but i made it much worse about 5 years ago when i fell over in watford gap services and landed right on my knee!

i couldn't lift my leg at all, i was walking backwards and dragging it. after laughing, my mates took me to the hospital and i was on crutches for a week.
i fell asleep in a wheelchair in the a&e, like an old person
