It certainly is!And the vapid looking gal behind him is his first assistant. I don't mind a really young Doctor but to have his assistant even younger looking than him doesn't bode too well for the future.

this is the thing about moffatpeople go on (in all fairness, rightly) about how scary his eps are, but he is also a big fan of having really quite irritating "funny doctor" bits.
