Theyre a managment company, so for instance in my old school they manage the school mealsKind of just a round about comment on how these kinds of companies are being brought in, and some how creating profit out of a system which should have every penny going towards improving care, wages etc. not to some companies shareholders.
For instance hospital cleaners, the cotnract goes out to tender, the NHS goes for the cheapest obviously. So where does the cut price and profit come from? Inferior equipment, reduced staff, reduced wages. Leads to reduced moral, corners being cut, and people die from that.

Or like in British Columbia......where our current Premier tore up the contracts of thousands of unionized hospital staff (food services, cleaning, etc.) and replaced them with those lovely mauve uniforms of the Sodexo staff.
