There's plenty wrong with booze.I've been punched in the face by drunk strangers and hugged by high people, I know which one I prefer. Sometimes I wish something like mephedrone or ecstacy was the legal drug of choice in England, instead of booze.
That said, something like mephedrone hasn't been popular for very long, so there really is very little information about how dangerous it is - which automatically makes it a somewhat risky prospect.
