Video games and their effect on people
The violence debate aside there has been discussion in the popular press about whether games can produce notable effects on people, there have been people that suffer panic attacks after playing games, the common thinking on this theory is that games produce an over-production of adrenaline in some people.

Well I never suffered from things like this, except for one game that always used to frighten me at the very start for some reason, digging out an emulator and finding the .adf file online for it I wanted to rationalise it, see why it was happening. Coming to terms with this is hard, but I think that I am beginning to understand the reason why these waves of panic and dread used to sweep over me while playing it...
