sounds a bit dodgy to me
He wont be able to defend himself at this trial, it will only hear evidence from the prosecution and although it cant pronounce him 'guilty' it can decide whether he committed the crime.
Wouldnt anyone want the right to defend themselves if they were accused of offences like these?
