Well, yeah.
He's a product of a society that deems rape to be acceptable, a normal and natural result of a man and a woman being alone together. That he will rape her is a foregone conclusion, hence it being a crime for a woman to be alone with a man. OF COURSE he will rape her. Just being in the situation is unchaste. This is Islam.
