Most woo, very excellent
Great use of camera angles and implication to avoid those trickily expensive special effects shots - it actually feels more gory because of what you can't see but imagine.
EDIT: what did you use for the sick?

Glad ya liked it! Yeah was too lazy to do any special effects, turned out well though.
The secret puke recipe is bits of bread mixed with orange juice!
