As a pedestrian on those very streets...
I walk along the same roads as this chap filmed.
Yes, an awful lot of people cross the road oddly, but I also have to deal with enough cyclists jumping a red, turning the wrong way at junctions, cycling the wrong way on a one way road (makes a difference if you're crossing the road), and cycling on the pavement. What most pisses me off is that they think it's okay, not caring that it reinforces the image drivers and pedestrians have of cyclists being dangerous twats. I care about *that* because it makes the road more dangerous for me then *I'm* cycling.
None of us is an angel, but a little more understanding from all of us would be cool.
