Not to worry. Everything will return to normal relatively quickly once we finally manage to make the planet uninhabitable and we all die.
Considering we're all going to die at some point or another anyway, it's actually quite good news. We'll give the rest of the Earth a long overdue opportunity to live in peace again.

Edit: climate change probably won't wipe out Homo sapiens, a species who survived an ice age in much smaller numbers than today - unless conditions on the planet become hostile to most complex life.

I'd argue that the humans that survived the last ice age were better equipped than modern man is.
As a society we've become too comfortable, too reliant on technology to know how the fuck to function without it. If you randomly picked 100 British people out of a crowd, how many do you think would survive a month in Arctic conditions without any outside aid?
