I don't condone paedophilia, but the issue seems far from being clear to me and I might be obviously wong.
I remember though reading somewhere that one issue was the differce in the age of consent for heterosexuals and homosexuals. If it's a crime just because it's among men, then it clearly discriminatory of one's sexual identity.
