I agree
I think the concept was awesome, but the choices were simply arbitrary. You couldn't form any strategy- living or winding up dead was just a blind chance every time.
I will say that the reuse of footage was quite cleverly done though, i just wish it didn't remind me of the old CYOA Sonic the Hedgehog books. I swear to god i always ended up stuck in the same cave after going via a massive story arc and back into the same loop.
