The irony is (and I am speaking VERY generally)
The thickos in society have their children younger (and therefore should give them a headstart in their brain power) but then poison them by smoking during pregancy and exposing the children to smoke after they are born, filling them with junk food and generally giving them no hope in life.
The intelligencia make deliberate decisions to have children later, nurture them with better diets and a more enriched life, but the children suffer lower brain power.
The solution? take babies off teenage mums and give them to intelligent childless couples to raise instead. Then sterilise the original parents.
