He impersonated a doctor...
...and in treating someone's injuries, apparently made it an awful lot worse.
Therefore:
1) Impersonating a Doctor
2) Assault

He was impersonating a doctor way back in 2006.
I'm amazed that no-one twigged on that he was a fake sooner, especially the TA lot who I think are supposed to check people's ID and credentials etc.
