Right, i'm all for what you're implying, and if this is real then i agree it should be taken down
but after studying this video too i have a strong suspicion this is merely faked. Look at the movement, it's solid. Very very smooth, especially around the corner at the start of the stairwell. The movement upward is also very polished, doesn't look like there's much interference from general forces in real life.
I understand the concern but i doubt there's much here you have to worry about.
