have you tried lynching someone yet?
Lasoo someone while mounted and then ride off dragging them behind. See how long they last.
Also fun is jumping off things on your horse and skillfully landing so your horse takes the impact and dies while you survive.

Yes!
I quite like lassoing things. You can lasso animals other than horses too, although it's a tiny bit pointless. Haven't tried a grizzly yet...
