It was an advert for the Catholic Church. The previous 5 seconds was him in a pharmacist buying condoms and muttering 'fuck the pope' under his breath then walking out to be struck by lighting (signifying a higher being). The people helping him are Catholic Priests just back from a boy scout jamboree.
