its fucking hilarious... people from essex say its "boutiquey and has wonderful shops and bars"
the reality of that is one cobbled street a manky old pub and the opportunity to watch the tide go out and expose a polluted muddy estuary...
the sole purpose of leigh-on-sea is to make southend on sea look less ghetto-like.
