All this says to me...
...is that the robbers are only interested in one thing; Money. They don't want to use their guns and most don't, even when fired upon by the victims/bystanders.
If put in the same situation would I pull a gun if I had one? Only if I genuinely believed my life was in danger. I don't think I could shoot someone, no matter how much of a scumbag, for the sake of a couple of hundred pounds/dollars. A sentiment the civilians in the video don't seem to share...
I usually love seeing criminals get what they deserve when people choose to stand up to them, but these videos just made me feel uncomfortable.
